Whilst we make every effort to ensure a top quality job is done (and we've had very few issues since we started), if for any reason a customer is not satisfied with our work, we'll follow the below procedure:
Customer raises concerns directly to us.
We investigate at our side and also try to view the issue to fully understand what's happened.
We'll offer, and work with the customer to find, a solution.
If the solution is still not satisfactory, but the work has been completed to the agreed specification, the customer can refer the issue to our Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, RECC.
RECC will engage with us and we will work with them for a final outcome.
Whatever happens, you can be sure we treat all customers with due respect and dignity.
